Hey everyone!!
It's been a hectic week, so I haven't been here. Sorry guys!
I started my workout plan last Monday and have been feeling amazing ever since. It consists of:
- 25 mins on the tredmill (running/walking)
- 20 mins on the stairmaster
- 3 sets of 10 squats
- 50 crunches
Awesome workout to keep you going and I see results already. May not be physical changes yet, but emotionally, I feel great!
