Almost Friday & the Rain is Falling!

GOT DAMNIT, CHICAGO!! STOP WITH THE SHITTY WEATHER!

I have been driving myself insane trying to get used to this weather. I can't do it.. I'll be on a plane to Beverly Hills next Friday. I need a break.

Update!!

I've updated my website (www.myartisticintegrity.com) and tickets for Culture Clash for a Cause will be up withing 3 weeks!!

I have a meeting with the 2 head neurosurgeons at Northwestern Memorial Hospital on Friday, November 13th! Dr. Batjer and Dr. Bendock are the two leading in aneurysm research at NMH! I am so excited to meet with them and I can not thank my cousin, Erica Jutton enough for allowing me to work with them. THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE HELP!!

More details have come through for my event.. I am beyond excited! So stay tuned and make sure you keep checking Artistic Integrity for more information regarding the event!

Happy Hump Day! Don't worry, it's almost the end of the week!

Back again- I know it's been a little while!

I just want to update you guys on my event! It's still happening on March 18, 2010! So please save the date, whatever you do.

It'll be open bar the whole night- I've decided!

And I'm awaiting some good news as soon as I hear from my cousin's client @ Chase Bank.. He's a professor and researcher of cancer at Northwestern and is spe

aking to the head neurosurgeon at Feinberg for me. Then I will get his contact and speak to him! EXCITING!

I've been putting together my budget list and all the meticulous little details that I have to add to my list.

As for further things in life:

- School is school (I don't like it, nor will I ever, but whatever.. I have to do

it)

- Jonathan is still around and a huge part of my life (I love tha

t boy)

- My family is great! My mommy's birthday was on 10/10 and we went to MERCADITO in Chicago for dinner.. THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT & it's such a great vibe!

Overall, it's been great. Work is stressful, but whatever. No job is going to pay me well and give me weekends off. They treat me well there :)

Hola! Como estas?

Look! I am tired.. I am freaking out and I am tired.. I had such a long day today!

I went to work early, because we got out of class early, YES! That means.. I got out early :)

I am extremely stressed out and I have headaches everyday.. I guess that means my brain is working? Hmmmm..

This is me, being bummed about headaches and hard work.

Tomorrow is a looong day. Let me just tell you. I have class in the a.m. then I have some errands to run and phone calls to make for my event..

Everything is coming in place and I love it!! :)

Hey everyone.. Just an update..

Ok ok ok. I'm back again. Time to rewrite my post.

So Jonathan and I went shopping yesterday for his birthday.. I took him to FoodLife in Water Tower, cause he's never been there. And to my surprise? He loved it!

Then, we went to visit Maranda at Akira! :)

Afterward, we shopped at Forever21, in which I have a love hate relationship with. I made it out with a jacket that someone rejected at the cashier.. I LOVE IT!

Boyfriend made it out with a purple sweater, dark blue and black plaid shirt, and a grey vest. Suuupperrr cute!!

Afterward, we went to the Westin on Michigan Avenue to visit my mommy.. She's a concierge there!

Then, we headed over to Diesel to look for some cute shoes that we saw this one kid on the bus had. They were uber cute!

Anywho.. We headed to Penguin afterward, where he found like 10 things he wanted- I will be going back to buy him them. It'll be my birthday gift to him. Yayyy!!

We headed to H&M after that, where I got 2 scarves and Jonathan got a few things.. My mom and I got hairclips :)

Our day ended.. We went to Jonathan's to drop our stuff off.. Chilled for a little bit, then headed to the movies at 9:30 for the 12am showing of Paranormal Activity.

I peed in my pants- 'nuff said. Haha!

Sorry guys! I know it's been so long & the last time, I told you guys I was out of my hiatus.

Well, I'm back- due to the motivation of my girl Maranda Gresham (www.adnaramproductions.blogspot.com)- I LOVE HER! She's great. CHECK OUT HER WORK.

Anywho- I did another fashion show on September 30th WORLD FASHION CHICAGO in Millennium Park on Michigan Avenue. It was such a great time!

I had the privelage of working with ShaRaun, a TRUE 19 year old beauty. And although she was a foot taller than me, she was so so sweet and a pleasure to work with!!

Fashion Focus Chicago Week is in LESS than a month and I am FREAKING OUT! I hope I get to work the shows and if not, I will RSVP so I can attend. It would be great to be the outside looking in.. Although I know what backstage life is like.. It's a mess, but it comes out sooo beautifully!
